The Athento technical team carries out regular maintenance work. The maintenance is scheduled at times convenient to the client who is notified when maintenance will be executed.
The maintenance can be due to:
- Product upgrades (latest version)
- Hot fixes (Bug correction)
- Servers maintenance
- Security updates, etc.
Customers with Load Balancing IP will not experience any downtime (enterprise plans). The cluster nodes are updated one at a time, meaning at least one server is always available to answer the received requests.
